Ok, so i was just sitting my ass down in front of the laptop. truly just minding my own business. then i get hit with this lovely image at http://www.comicartcommunity.com/gallery/details.php?image_id=37155&mode....
i really don't know what to say!
This reminds me of the ridiculous toys that are available for Batman as well as Spider-Man and so many others. i mean we have seen all types. from deep sea Batman to moon walk Batman. Pilgrim Batman! I just don't know. it comes off as extremely cheesy and something one would see in the Adam West series.

• Buffy the Vampire Slayer 30 - always good!
• Conan the Cimmerian 15 - Same! Dark Horse really treats their books freakin great!
• Batman Confidential 36 - It's my Bruce Wayne fix!
• Doom Patrol 4 - free ring, IDK about the comic itself
• Secret Six 15 - new arc, so damn curious
• Superman: World of New Krypton 9 - eh.
• Cinderella from Fabletown with Love 1 - it's a fables mini. had to get on it.
• Greek Street 5 - too wild to let it go yet.
• House of Mystery 19 - great but not jump on friendly

• Predator 3 - if they don't talk in this issue i won't even buy it!
• Arkham Reborn 1 - bring on the loons!
• Batman 692 - New writer/artist?
• Blackest Night 4 - :)
• Blackest Night: Titans 3 - hope this one doesn't crap out
• Detective Comics 858 - I'm actually looking forward to this book regularly.
• Gotham City Sirens 5 - it's a good book.
• Green Lantern 47 - :)
• JSA 32 - curious to see how the huge team gets divided
• Superman Secret Origins 2 - :)
• Superman 693 - eh
• Teen Titans 76 - i hope the whining stops!
• Wonder Woman 37 - good book.

• Batman Confidential 35 - love the classic feel of these stories
• Batman Streets of Gotham - i like the way hush has been kept around.
• Blackest Night Superman 3 - good event book but not special
• JLA 38 - blah blah, bring on the new team of titans, um i mean JLAers
• Outsiders 23 - like the team and the series
• Power Girl 6 - might be dropping this book.
• Supergirl 46 - like the book hate the tie in with the other books
• Superman/Batman 65 - don't know how i feel about the book being tied in to the mainstream DC.
• Chew 5 - just damn good!

• 10/14
• Action Comics 882 - lets continue the long as non jump on friendly monster arc
• Adventure Comics 3 - it's an ok book. more curious then enjoying it.
• Batgirl 3 - i think this book can work. didn't se Oracle getting involved, let alone taking over the Bat Cave!
• Batman 691 - another good book to read? i think so.
• Blackest Night Batman 3 - lets se how they wrap this bad boy up.
• Detective Comics Annual 11 - picks up from the Batman annual with Azrael
• Green Lantern Corps 41 - if it isn't filler it should rock

this week's stash. another big haul. looking forward to a good amount though.

•Buffy the Vampire Slayer 29 - i just love this series. always glad to pick it up and look forward to the next
•Batman and Robin 5 - i am surprised at how fast this one has come out. not in love with it like the other Bat Family books but it is not killing me.
•Batman Annual 27 - don't like arcs starting in annuals. especially $4.99 ones!
•Batman Confidential 34 - That good old classic batz!
•Justice League Cry for Justice 4 - it's eh. need to see the mini as a whole.

⁃ Buffy the Vampire Slayer 28 - I love this series, and i wasn't even into the tv series. So not jump on friendly though. get the trades
⁃ Batman 690 - So far so good on the batman books
⁃ Batman Confidential 33 - Appreciate the old school batman this book tells of so well!
⁃ Justice league: Cry for Justice 3 - EH!
⁃ Supergirl Annual 1 - EH! like we need another super book.
⁃ Greek Street 3 - One of 3 vertigo books i am picking up. Like the way they are modernizing ancient myths! good writing here.
⁃ Northlanders 20 - This book rocks! You should be reading this book.

WOW!!!! So Disney is buying Marvel. Is this a WTF moment or a YAY moment? Let us know.
Me personally, i see both good and bad in this.
The Good:
More Exposure for Marvel - this can be a huge push for Marvel.
More Marvel Cartoons - a whole channel for their cartoons makes it common sense
Marvel Meets Pixar - just got goose-bumps, i am sure the geeks at Pixar did too
Major Player like Disney can afford to keep low sell comics out on the shelves - this is one of the "perks" of being owned by a Corp., they should have your back
The Bad:

⁃ Predator 2 - Let's hope they are taking the predator culture farther then just hunters
⁃ Batman and Robin 3 - We should have an idea if this series will blow or not.
⁃ Blackest Night: Titans - Can this Blackest Night rock like the others
⁃ Detective Comics 856 - Rucka! 'Nuff said!
⁃ Flash Rebirth 4 - Lateness now added to the "eh" factor.
⁃ Gotham City Sirens 3 - Love the art and the charters
⁃ Green Lantern 45 - Should rock too!
⁃ Justice Society of America 30 - I'm iffy with the new direction, t this book deserves the benefit of the doubt.
