Spider-Man 4 (and 5?) confirmed!

Figured I'd share this with the entire PB forum. It's just recently been confirmed that not only is Sony Pictures (I really hate that Marvel Studios isn't doing this) has locked in Tobey Maguire and Sam Raimi for Spider-Man 4 AND 5, which they are hoping can be filmed at the same time. This raises a few interesting questions and points for me regarding the whole movie franchise and how they fucked up so badly with SM3. Since Avi Arad was responsible for literally flipping the script on Raimi for Spider-Man 3 and crowbarring in Venom, and he is no longer working with Sony (he's on board with Marvel Studios instead), there is actually a glimmer of hope for the movie franchise.
