If Spider-Man and Deadpool went to the Laugh Factory by Times Square and had an all out, no mercy, take no prisoners Stand-Up comic battle who will win?

Spiderman will tremble in his tights at the sheer randomness that Deadpools mouth will spew. Deadpool is out of his gourd!! While Spiderman is just skitzophrenic, Deadpool is mentally disabled in ways I dont know the medical terms for. That is already a recipe for wackiness.

Deadpool is friggin' nuts!! He's crazy! Like skitzo crazy! (and I spelled that wrong on purpose)
But seriously, Spidey only banters with his villains to throw them off their game. Deadpool doesn't need to throw anyone off their game because he has no qualms about just shooting somebody. So his comedy isn't what you'd call banter. He's just that crazy! AND if there's no villains around, Deadpool will just talk to himself.

Deadpool is soooo much funnier then Spider-Man. He can start jokes on a whim, in a major battle, or even when he's alone. Spider-Man is just poking fun at his villains. The rest of the time he is worried about paying the rent and getting web fluid. He has not changed in decades... What The Hell!!!!!!!!
Ok, i'm calming down. Bias aside i still think Deadpool is funnier!
I don't know, on account of Deadpool's healing factor, I think he'd be more of a Harry Houdini type.

Of course Deadpool is going to be funny, he already LOOKS enough like Spidey, might as well act like him too. I don't know, throw the Thing and Johnny Storm into the mix as a Laurel & Hardy-eske comedy team and you have yourselves a laugh-riot.
I wonder what that would like...a riot of people...laughing.

I personally think Spidey's usually funnier than Deadpool, but that's just what I think. What I think doesn't really count, they really only keep me on, so that the fat guy-Italian-fat guy-Italian synergy doesn't get interrupted.

I dunno....never really read any of Deadpool's stuff but from my experience playing Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Deadpool's gotta take the cake, 'cuz insanity always wins over intelligent wit (Spidey's forte) when you're trying to be funny. Look at Lewis Black. The man has a coniption every single night on stage, it's hilarious, and everyone next to me goes, "this dude's insane!" I rest my case. Matter of fact, it's more funny that the best comic book character in my opinion just got the shittiest writing in decades and has lost everything; his job, his wife, and his happy go lucky-ness. and the best part is, HE NEVER KNEW HE HAD 'EM!!!!! ok, enough about my BND commentary, Deadpool's funnier.
