Project Superpowers

It’s been an interesting week. DC and Marvel go head to head in space and Batman is heading to the grave. Marvel also works with the French, Soleil Comics to be more precise.

•Batman 676 – This begins the much-awaited R.I.P. story arc. So far I could care less for this series. Too much foreboding and a really crappy looking set of villains dominate this book. The gem of this book is the Joker though. He is written and drawn in a truly incredibly evil way.

It was a good week. Somehow better then Ultimate week. That's not even including Secret Invasion. There are SPOILERS.

•Buffy the Vampire Slayer 13- Damn i like this book! It rocks! It is entertaining as all comics should ultimately be. I look forward to each book and there is not one thing i can say bad about this book. Currently there are Japanese vampires with the powers of Dracula. He lost them playing cards. Once this comes to his attention he starts a racial slur fest! Good Stuff.

WHEW!!! One hell of a weekend. This was a good week in books, and I am sure you will all love the next episode. Until then though i hope these reviews help you out.

•Rasl 1 - It's a good book from a great creator. Jeff Smith made Bone into a epic Comic and then he turned around and decided to create a Mature comic. He pulled it off. One would think such a turn around possibly ruin a guy but if his first book is a sign of things to come... then he should have another epic masterpiece.
