It was an ok week. One huge X milestone and more Skrulls. A lot of them! Spoilers to come.

•the Exterminators 30 – I am sad to see this go. I mean you can’t really go on with a series on bugs but it was a good run and I hate to see them go. Damn vertigo does good stuff.

•Green Lantern Corps 26 – This is the gem of DC. No not this particular book but group. If it is green in DC then it is more then likely a good read. This book surprised me and in good ways. Get on this damn series now! Read more »

It’s been an interesting week. DC and Marvel go head to head in space and Batman is heading to the grave. Marvel also works with the French, Soleil Comics to be more precise.

•Batman 676 – This begins the much-awaited R.I.P. story arc. So far I could care less for this series. Too much foreboding and a really crappy looking set of villains dominate this book. The gem of this book is the Joker though. He is written and drawn in a truly incredibly evil way. Read more »

Well I know it, I’m late. But I blame the NYCC for it. That convention made me it’s bitch. Hell I called out sick, and I am actually sick! Well without further excuses, here’s my books.

•Batman and the Outsiders 6- I love this book. Or better yet the idea of it. It could be moving along a lot better but I guess they are just trying a different approach. All the characters and their interaction makes this a book that I won’t be dropping any time soon.

•Countdown 2- I am not talking about this book! Read more »

There were some real gems out this week. let's begin.

•Batman Confidential 14- OK, we have a villain out there throughly trained like the bat. It's been done. Throw in Nightwing at his height of rebellion and we got nothing special. I mean it is a decent series, this issue just didn't do it for me.

•Countdown 7- The only thing this damn book has done for me is make me dislike kyle rayner. That takes a lot considering i am so loving the GL books. Read more »
